New Jersey Association for Child Advocacy (New Jersey ACA) was formed to provide expert and affordable educational advocacy services for New Jersey children and families. We understand that your child’s education is one of your foremost concerns and our mission is to ensure that he/she is receiving a “Free Appropriate Public Education” (FAPE) in the “Least Restrictive Environment” (LRE).
New Jersey ACA is located in Northern New Jersey; however, Special Education, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Health Plan, and many other advocacy services are available to children and families in all 21 New Jersey Counties.
We have 15 years of experience in special education and staff with graduate level training in child advocacy and special education.
